Prequalification
Process

Module 1
PQ- consulting about company specific possibilities
In this initial phase, we will provide you with information on the benefits, effects, requirements, costs, and duration of the prequalification process. The aim is to give you the opportunity to make an informed decision about your next steps.

This module includes:
- Selection of suitable medical devices from your product portfolio and examination of their eligibility for certification
- Workshop on the process, costs, and duration of the PQ
- Company-specific identification of potential revenue opportunities
- Evaluation of the findings
- Joint prioritization of options and identification of next steps.
Module 2
Implementation of the prequalification procedure
After your positive decision to pursue the Prequalification process, we take over the preparation and creation of the required documents and guide you through the application and pre-qualification process. The goal is to obtain the certificate and be listed as a service provider in the GKV directory.

This module includes:
- Determination of the affected product groups and service areas
- Selection of suitable PQ authority for your service area
- Compilation of all required documents and evidence
- Submission of PQ application and execution of the PQ process with final certification issuance
Module 3
Planning, management, and implementation of PQ (Prequalification)
After successful prequalification, it is essential to install the billing process and plan the next necessary steps. The goal is to ensure that the newly gained opportunities are implemented as quickly as possible to immediately realize growth potential, while also maintaining the newly acquired status as a service provider in the long term.

This module includes:
- Evaluation and selection of potential billing partners
- Planning of billing management
- Processing of change requests and post-prequalification processes
- Accompanying surveillance audits
